I've had a pdf file on my laptop for a while now, and always thought it was interesting. It's a site analysis of the current municipal park in Dessau Germany, its a very good example of how thorough an analysis plan can be.
Looking at the site again recently i found there was now a proposal file as well showing the designers ideas on how best to use the space.
